Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Canadian public holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST or on weekends will begin processing the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via Canada Post and Purolator — chosen for their reliable coverage across Canada and cross-border delivery into the United States. Carrier selection is based on your location and the size of your order to ensure the best delivery experience.

Domestic Shipping (Canada)

Free standard shipping on all Canadian orders over $150 CAD.

Shipping rates for orders under $150 CAD are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

International Shipping (United States)

Free standard shipping on all US orders over $150 CAD.

Shipping rates for orders under $150 CAD are calculated at checkout in CAD. Your bank or payment provider will apply the applicable USD exchange rate at the time of purchase.

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees (US Orders)

OffGrid Fishing & Hunting ships all US orders as DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means:

• Duties and import taxes are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
• US customers may be responsible for customs duties, brokerage fees, or import taxes upon delivery, as determined by US Customs and Border Protection.
• These charges are outside our control and vary based on the declared value and product category of your order.
• We are required by law to accurately declare the full value of all shipments on customs documentation — we do not mark orders as "gifts" or under-declare values.

We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have questions about potential import fees before placing your order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your shipment directly through the carrier's website:

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your shipment confirmation email is sent.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, peak seasons, carrier disruptions, or customs processing for US orders. We'll do our best to keep you informed if we become aware of any significant delays affecting your shipment.
